Your water and sewer bills have changed…
We have switched accounting systems from Simply Accounting to Quickbooks, therefore your water and sewer bills will look different moving forward. Also please note that your sewer bills are now calculated at 100% of your water bill, excluding special fees such as Disconnection Fees, Meter Storage Fees etc. The rate change was approved at the Annual General Meeting in August 2023. There is no change to water rates.
